Down 5 pounds!
Just wanted to let yall know.. so far so good.. down 5 pounds! Now the goal is not to celebrate by going and eating dessert!

Week 1
Well, I can't say that I did EXCELLENT but I did pretty good. Especially considering I had to deal with two major life changes in one week, i'd say i did great by not just saying forget about this whole healthy new me thing...lol.. But I know week 2 is going to be better with better choices! Thanks to those leaving me encouragment, and comments, much appreciated... Hopefully for week two i'll have some pics, and videos to post for ya in my journey.. Stay tuned!
