
So here is my current Before picture.. I started to put an old picture up for the after- one where I was thin and trim but I realized that I'm creating a new me, and part of shedding the weight is shedding hurt from the past- so No old pics.. only current and future.... Cant wait to see what I become!
So, what's the meal plan looking like tomorrow?

Breakfast- 2 Boiled Eggs and Cup of Green Tea + 20oz of Water
Mid-AM Snack - 1 Cup of Grapes + 10 oz of Water
Lunch - 1 Cup of Chic Fried Rice (i know, not the healthiest) + 20oz of Water
Mid-PM Snack - 1 Cup of Grapes + 10 oz of Water
Dinner - 3oz of Sauteed Chicken, 1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Greens, 20 oz of Water
Dessert - 1 Cup of Jello
see mine doesnt start until sunday!!! ugh i wish i could start tomorrow but wont get paid until friday and have to go buy my grocery list! But i'm gonna post my first week menu on here in a sec.. i'm so excited..
