5 pounds in 1 week- 20 pounds total....

Wow it really works!!!! 5 pounds down with this new eating program... Now the doctor says I can lose another 5 by next week- Hmmm, i dont kknnnooww.. i guess we shall see! and as you can see above me the third amigo slimmin down nicely!!! woohoo

Meal Adjustments

So Monday I met with a top weight loss doctor and received my specialized meal program....

So far it's not to bad, I really think it's mostly mental... So here is a sample of my meal program

Breakfast
fruit
2 boiled eggs
yogurt
coffee
16oz water

Lunch
Salad with chicken breast or plain
mixed veggies
baked chicken
16oz water

Dinner-
Same as lunch

Dessert-sugar free jello, pudding..

once a week i can have strawberry shortcake...

So far I've eaten breakfast! and i'm not starving... Pray for me....

Next Phase....

So the working out and cutting back have been going well.. but..... i know i need to really do more in the way of eating to really maximize and melt away the pounds.
So on Monday I will be working with a doctor and nutrionalist to actually provide a meal plan for me to stick to..
i'm excited about this new chapter, and plan to also intensify my work out.... the goal is 40 more pounds by August.. :-O
i know tha'ts a lot but hey- i think i can do it!

And we're back....

So the journey has been going well.. But the weight loss seems to be moving a little slower now.. So that means I have to step things up...
So my goals for this week will be:
lots and lots of water
up my cardio by 5 minutes or 1 level
No eating after 7 pm- (this will be the hardest one )

i'll see how that goes...
