Get Set Lets Go

Last week finished off pretty well.. Still making changes and adjusting to a healthier lifestyle... The funny part is exercising is actuallly the easiest part, it's the eating that is challenging.. what to eat what not to eat, what's not going raise or lower my blood sugar to much! but... it's a process! So Monday time to get back in da grind!
